Chemical properties:

Colorless to light yellow flowing liquid. It has a strong diffuse garlic-like odor. Boiling point is 98℃ (533Pa), 93℃ (800Pa) or 86~89℃ (200Pa). Almost insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol and oil. Natural products are found in onions, scallions, fried onions, fried peanuts, etc.
